Cream Of Pork
Ramen is one of the greatest things ever created. I’m talking about the real deal stuff. Not the instant ramen bags that have gotten most of us through college. Yamadaya has come to Costa Mesa, CA. They have three other locations in L.A. and this place is popping off. They are known for their tonkotsu ramen. The pork bones are cooked and simmered for over 20 hours to give it the cloudy look. My buddy Vince works at the original Torrance location. When he told me they were opening it in Costa Mesa, I screamed with joy. The food here is serious.
